Technically this isn't really selling without an agent as you still have the knowledge and support of an experienced estate agent to guide you through the selling process.

Agent Assisted Selling is a lot more than having the assistance  and service of a qualified estate agent. it means that the seller is given all the tools used by estate agents, therefore enabling them the opportunity to produce the same results.

This option is especially useful in towns where we dont have dedicated agents. We do everything that an Estate Agent would do except we don't show your home - that you would need to do. But we assist you all the way from pricing your home for the current market to eventually negotiating an offer on your behalf and attending to all the required paperwork.

We market your home on Property24 and some other property portals as required and on our social media platforms. All leads are qualified by us before we send you their contact details to make arrangements for the viewing.

Agent Assisted Option process:

OPTION 1 - Subject to a sole mandate for six months and other conditions.

  1. You list your home (see listing form below) 
  2. We arrange for a bank valuation.
  3. We develop an 3D model of your home - you supply us with the floor plan
  4. We arrange for Drone aerial photoshoot (Gardenroute only)
  5. We list your home on Olr-sa.com and on Property24 property portals. We also advertise on our social media platforms.
  6. We receive all leads, make contact to qualify and verify them and explain our process to them. Once approved we send contact details to you to arrange a viewing.
  7. We negotiate any offers and send documentation out for signature.
  8. After approval we attend to all the paperwork required to conclude the sale.

Our Fees and Conditions - Option 1

  1. Marketing based on bank valuation plus not more than 10% for negotiation.
  2. On conclusion of the sale, we charge only 1% commission of the gross selling price.(minimum of R 10 000)
  3. Plus an admin fee of R 1 500 paid upfront

OPTION 2 

  1. You list your home (see listing form below) 
  2. We arrange for a suburb report (no bank valuation).
  3. We develop an 3D model of your home - you supply us with the floor plan (Cost R 975)
  4. We arrange for Drone aerial photoshoot (Gardenroute only cost R 650)
  5. We list your home on Olr-sa.com and on Property24 property portals. We also advertise on our social media platforms.
  6. We receive all leads, make contact to qualify and verify them and explain our process to them. Once approved we send contact details to you to arrange a viewing.
  7. We negotiate any offers and send documentation out for signature.
  8. After approval we attend to all the paperwork required to conclude the sale.

Our Fees and Conditions - Option 2

  1. Realistic marketing price agreed to between Olr-sa.com and Seller
  2. On conclusion of the sale, we charge only 1.5% commission of the gross selling price.(minimum of R 15 000
  3. Plus an admin fee of R 3 000 paid on transfer.
